Every child deserves a toy, a bike and a smile.
We collect, refurbish and deliver toys and bikes to children in our community who would otherwise go without. Small gifts, big days.
Who we are
Brightwheels & Toybox is a small, volunteer-powered charity based right here in our town. We believe that a bike or a favourite toy can change how a child sees the world.
Every item we hand out is donated, checked and cleaned by our volunteers, and given to families referred by local schools, social workers and community centres.
What we give
Two simple gifts, with a lot of love behind them.
Toys
Dolls, games, puzzles, books and educational toys, sorted by age and checked for safety before they reach a child.
Bikes
Donated bikes, serviced and repaired by our volunteer mechanics, with a helmet and lights included for every child.
Care
Every gift comes with a handwritten card from a volunteer, because children deserve to feel remembered.
How it works
Three easy steps from a donation to a delighted child.
Donate
Drop off toys or bikes at one of our collection points, or ask us to collect them.
Restore
Volunteers clean, repair and check every item so it is ready to love again.
Deliver
We match each gift with a child referred by a trusted local partner and deliver it with care.
Help us bring more smiles
Whether you have a spare bike in the shed, a box of unused toys, or a few hours to spare, there is a place for you here.
